When is the best time for a 4D scan?

The best time for a 4D scan is between 24 and 32 weeks, when your baby has enough fat under the skin to show clear facial features, but still has plenty of room to move around.

What if my baby isn't in a good position?

Sometimes babies don't cooperate! If your baby's position makes it difficult to get clear 4D images, we'll try different techniques during your appointment, and where needed, we can offer a follow-up scan to help capture the best possible images.

Will I receive printed images and a USB?

Yes. All packages include printed keepsake images. A USB with your full scan recording and all digital images is included with our Premium Package.

Can I bring family members?

Yes, of course. We love having your loved ones share in this special bonding experience with you. Just let us know in advance if you're planning to bring a larger group.

Can I hear my baby's heartbeat?

Yes, listening to your baby's heartbeat is included as part of your 4D Baby Scan appointment.

Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If advised when booking, please drink water beforehand so your bladder is comfortably full for your scan.

Are twin 4D scans available?

Yes, we're happy to scan twin pregnancies. A £10 surcharge applies to cover the additional scanning time needed to see both babies clearly.
