1. Appointment Deposit
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment at The Baby Scan Room.
2. Cancelling or Rescheduling With 48 Hours or More Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
3. Less Than 48 Hours Notice
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your scan may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the time remaining and clinic availability. If there is not enough time to safely or appropriately complete the appointment, the clinic may need to treat the appointment as a late cancellation or reschedule it in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
5. If We Need to Cancel
If The Baby Scan Room needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund of sums paid for the affected appointment.
